A series of entirely computer generated images, created to allow the client to produce marketing materials both on line and in print for exhibition purposes long before the physical product packaging had been delivered.
Digital 3D models were built for each of the individual pack variations and then textures were applied for the labelling from artwork supplied by the client.
The coloured tops for the packs were accurately matched to the actual paint specification for each product to show the various special colour and texture finishes in the range.
Individual images were created for each item in the product range and then the products were also shown in their family sub groups.
In addition to allowing the client more control over the exact staging for individual images, the use of CGI accelerated the marketing process for the client and enabled advance sales of the product to be secured much earlier.
