Elevated Photomontage Marketing Image

The client for this project was keen to show the location of the site in relation to prominent local sport and leisure facilities.
We attended site with a professional photographer to shoot the existing context from an elevated position, including the cricket ground beyond the site.
The proposed apartment buildings and hard landscaping were then created in 3D and the photographic view perfectly matched to allow the structure to sit correctly in the context.
The completed image was used to market these residential properties, both in the press and on line, clearly illustrating the site location in relation to the local cricket ground.
